Home Plan

Every great home begins with a solid plan. Whether you have an existing plan, a concept or need a plan designed or modified we can work with you in the following ways.

1. Existing Plan – You bring us a completed plan and we provide a detailed bid based on agreed specifications and/or allowances.

2. Conceptual Plan – Working together, we discuss your goals, needs and ideas. We use our resources to find pre-designed plans that match your criteria. Minor revisions can be made by the plan designer.

3. Custom Plan – We provide custom design services to bring your ideas to life. Pre-construction 3d walkthroughs are created to allow you to see the house before construction.

We make each plan process as easy as possible through advanced architectural and online software which provides clear communication and collaboration through the home plan stage.

 

• Design Selection

  • After the budget is agreed upon, our design team jumps into action. We accompany you to each showroom to make interior and exterior selections. We record your selections and take photographs of each; providing you with a comprehensive PDF after this process.
    

• Interior Design

  • Immaculate attention to detail, superior furnishing and fixtures, your sense of style brought to life with a designer's finishing touches, it is everything you imagined your new home would be. • Construction Process

  • At this stage we break ground and our award winning team begins building your dream home. While the delivery timeframe for your new home depends on the plan design and specifications, we ensure you are “in the know” with detailed construction schedules, daily breakdowns and weekly progress photos.
    
    After framing is completed we walk through the home with you and our trade partners before we install anything. This gives us a chance to answer specific questions concerning placement of utilities that sometimes can't be realized until the space is walkable. We review tile patterns, shower head heights, outlet placement and much more. We want you to be as involved as possible throughout the construction phase. Our goal is to exceed expectations and to ensure you enjoy the experience and process.
